At Aquarian Charter School, we’re proud to have a strong and collaborative community guiding our school’s future. The Academic Policy Committee (APC) plays a vital role in shaping our unique learning environment. Made up of parents, teachers, and teacher assistants, the APC helps make key decisions about curriculum, budget, and school policies.

What makes Aquarian special is how much we value family voices—and that’s where you come in!

All parents are welcome to attend APC meetings. Agendas are posted at least 48 hours in advance online.
Each meeting begins with an opportunity for parents to share thoughts or bring up concerns directly to the committee.
Interested in having a bigger voice? Elections for open seats are held every February—we encourage parents to consider running!

Also, did you know that parents can join APC committees, even if they are not a member of the board?!
