House Directors
House directors live-in and are employed by the chapter house corporation. Their duties and expectations vary from chapter to chapter. Typically house directors supervise employed staff and provide on-site management of the chapter facility. ÅÝܽÊÓƵ is making progress towards all chapters being required to have a house director. All Panhellenic Association sororities and the majority of Interfraternity Council fraternities currently employ a house director. New leases will require a live-in house director.
