Madison, originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, earned both her B.A. in Psychology and M.Ed. in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. Before joining ÅÝܽÊÓƵ, she served as a Resident Director at Ohio University, an Academic Advisor II at the University of Louisville, and most recently as an Area Coordinator at the University of Illinois Springfield. In these roles, Madison supervised student staff, coordinated training and transition processes, and partnered with faculty and campus stakeholders to support student success.

She is passionate about student development and leadership, with a special interest in helping students discover their strengths and feel confident in their potential. Madison’s approach combines strategy, empathy, and a people-first mindset, and she strives to create spaces where students feel both supported and empowered.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys cooking and baking, long walks, karaoke nights with friends, exploring coffee shops, and weekend adventures with her close-knit crew.
