What we do:
The Information Technology department provides in-house frontend and backend support for the ÅÝÜ½ÊÓÆµapp.
- Service Delivery and Support staff are located on-site and available remotely to assist with user technology and training for 6,325 staff and 43,000 students.
- Service Development and Operations staff keep the district running smoothly behind the scenes by monitoring and maintaining operational technologies and infrastructures for over 100 sites, and by implementing the innovative tools and solutions necessary to ensure ASD staff and students are ready for success.
- Information Management & Security manages the confidentiality of district data assets, provides guidance and training regarding safe and legal information handling practices and data security, improves the security of information technology systems, and protects students from inappropriate online content.
